The name sounds more mysterious than the product. It is a decorative overlay that goes over a prepared floor and dries into a fine, speckled stone-look finish—more substantial than ordinary floor paint, without laying individual pieces of stone.
From floor preparation to cure
Clean the floor and repair loose areas or cracks first. Apply the primer the system calls for, mix the floor material with its hardener, pour, and spread it wide before it begins to set. Then leave the surface alone for the full cure.
The finished floor is only as sound as the surface underneath
Solid, flat tile or concrete can make a workable base after cleaning and repair. Loose tile, moving cracks, oil, dust, damp concrete and deep dips need attention first. A fresh surface follows whatever is happening beneath it.

Magic Resin is a more conventional clear, two-part floor epoxy. Mix the resin and hardener, pour, then spread with a squeegee or roller. It cures into one glossy surface and accepts pigment when you want color.
The motion is similar; the finished floor is not. Morandi arrives with the stone-like speckle as part of the idea. Magic Resin starts clear, so a marble or stone effect has to be designed with pigment and technique.
